Refund policy

Returns
A-MORE offers you the option to return the product within 30 days, which means you have 30 days, after receiving your item, to request a return.
In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will be prompted for the receipt sent to the e-mail address you provided when you placed the purchase order.
To start the return procedure you need to send an email to official@a-more.shop specifying the order number of the product to be returned. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned product, after verifying the conformity of the returned product, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and record your refund as well.

 Damages and defects
We carefully check the quality of each product even before each shipment.
However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at official@a-more.shop if the item has defects, if the package is damaged or if I have received the wrong item. We will quickly evaluate the problem together to find a solution that satisfies you.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift cards.
